Commercial Truck Driver Training Program
Our CDL-A Training Program is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to safely operate commercial vehicles and build a successful career in the trucking industry.
Throughout the program, students receive extensive behind-the-wheel training in our dedicated driver training yards as well as real-world driving experience in city, highway, and rural environments. This comprehensive approach helps students develop the confidence and practical skills required for today's transportation industry.
In addition to core CDL-A training, students may have the opportunity to prepare for endorsements including Air Brakes, Tank Vehicles, Doubles/Triples, and Hazardous Materials (where applicable).
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are prepared to take the required licensing examinations and pursue commercial driving opportunities throughout Maine and beyond.

Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT)
Federal regulations require all new commercial driver applicants to successfully complete an approved Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) program before becoming eligible to take the CDL skills test.
Our CDL-A Commercial Truck Driver Training Program fully meets all ELDT requirements established by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). In addition, our school is an approved training provider and is listed on the FMCSA's Training Provider Registry (TPR), ensuring that graduates receive the training and documentation needed to move forward with the licensing process.
